K&R Business Concepts was established in the Spring of 2013. Karla and Ryan Lebow started their business upon moving to Colorado Springs from Southern California in the Winter of 2012. Colorado Springs is a wonderful place to call home, the city is full of diversity and is considered a proud military town. Karla and Ryan have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Colorado Springs community. They both have a passion for helping people and are committed to assisting businesses grow to their full potential with the knowledge and experience they have gained in their careers.

Our team of skilled and experienced professionals have proudly served customers in the Colorado Springs and surrounding areas for over 11 years. Business mentors are key—that’s why when it comes to client selection, we focus on startup and small businesses. By working with small to mid-size businesses (SMBs) in their early stages of operations, we can establish a long-term relationship that we continue to nurture over time. We want to give each of you the time and guidance you deserve.  

Karla has extensive experience with setting up and growing small-medium size businesses. She has 20+ years of experience in the fields of sales and marketing to include 12 Fortune 500 companies across the US and holds a B.S. in Global Business Management and B.A. in Entrepreneurship from the University of Phoenix. 

Ryan is an experienced management consultant, especially when it comes to small businesses, helping them solve challenges and setup achievable goals. Ryan attended school at California State University, San Bernardino studying Psychology.
